New blog and newsletter

Spring is here!  And Dogs Are Deserving is swinging into Spring with a new blog and newsletter to keep everyone informed, involved and in love with all these adoptable dogs! Nineteen dogs to be exact.

Chico plants himself on DAD founder, Jana Pace, for a little one-on-one lap time.

Ok, so two of those nineteen have adoptions pending (yeah for Coco and Potato!)…but don’t you want to know more about the others?  More of their stories and the people who care for them?  More about the dog rescuers, more about what’s going on in the world of dogs?  More about training and taking care of a super-active Pit Bull?  More about animal-related laws and what we can/should be doing?  If you’re as fascinated by dogs as we are, and think that dogs deserve more understanding and help, then you’re in the right place.

Chico peeks inside as he waits for his turn at the photo shoot.

We already have some topics in mind for the new blog and newsletter, for example:  what is it like to foster dogs?  What helps a dog get adopted?  What should you expect when living with various dog breeds?  Plus, there are a wealth of resources to dig into.  But we need your suggestions too…what do you want to know more about?  What would you find interesting, informative or fun to share?

Please leave a comment here, or “like” and send us a message on Facebook with your content suggestions for the new blog and we’ll get on it!  On the right of this page, or by clicking this link, you can also sign up for the newsletter.

Thanks!  And Happy Spring to you and yours!
